I used my Lensbaby and macros for the Lensbaby on a couple of these. My new tripod has made a world of difference in shooting macro. wow!

I'd love to hear a little more about what you've learned about photographing inanimate objects up close. I know about Lensbaby. I like the look of the photos of your coasters a lot - is the tripod really great?
